Budi Susanto Yohanes holds a degree in Choral Conducting with a minor in Vocal Performance from the Korea National University of Arts in Seoul, South Korea. As the Artistic Director and Conductor of Malang Choral Art, he brings an artistic approach rooted in deep musicality, creativity, and refined choral aesthetics. Over the past two decades, the choirs under his direction have earned numerous awards at international competitions across Asia and Europe.


He is widely sought after as an international conductor, composer, and choral clinician, frequently leading workshops and masterclasses on vocal technique and conducting in Indonesia, South Korea, China, Singapore, and the Philippines. His choral compositions and arrangements are published internationally and performed worldwide. Additionally, he regularly adjudicates major national and international competitions, including the Seghizzi International Choir Competition in Italy and the 2026 Chorus and Conducting Art Expo in Hangzhou, China.

Agastya Rama Listya earned his Bachelor of Arts in Music Theory and Composition from Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta in 1992, a Master's degree in Choral Conducting from Luther Seminary and St. Olaf College in Minnesota in 2001, and a Ph.D. in Ethnomusicology from Otago University, New Zealand, in 2018. His composition studies were guided by R.M.A.P. Suhastjarja, Slamet Abdul Syukur, Robert Walker, and Carolyn Jennings, while his conducting technique was developed under Ester Gunawan, l Gusti Ngurah Wiryawan Budhiana, Martin Behrmann, Robert Scholz, and Anton Armstrong. He is also an active contributor to the International Federation for Choral Music's International Choral Bulletin.


In the choral scene, he serves as the conductor of PS Gereja Kristen Indonesia Salatiga and the Lux Aeterna Vocal Ensemble (LAVE), which he founded in 2015. He acts as Artistic Director for both the Satya Dharma Gita Choir Festival and the Soegijapranata International Choir Competition, and has served on the jury panel for extensive national and international events, including the Penabur International Choir Festival 2026 and the Bali International Choir Festival. Currently, he is the Dean of the Faculty of Language and Arts at Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana Salatiga (2022-2027), a board member of Lembaga Pengembangan Pesparawi Nasional (2021-2026), and a co-founder of the Asosiasi Musisi Nusantara (Amustra).

Arvin Zeinullah holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Universitas Padjadjaran and a Master's degree in Music Education from Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. His extensive choral background includes performing with top-tier ensembles such as Batavia Madrigal Singers, Twilite Chorus, Asian Youth Choir, Musicanova Chamber Singers, Jakarta Conservatory Vocal Ensemble, Asiaccatura, and Records Vocal Ensemble. He has also participated in master projects under Brady Allred, Simon Halsey, and Nicolas Fink, and serves as a senior faculty member at Pusat Pendidikan Musik Vokal Jakarta Gita Svara under the pedagogical mentorship of Catharina Leimena.


As a conductor, he has led PSM Unpad Bandung since 2001, PSM IPB Agria Swara since 2003, and PSM Utama Bandung since 2021. He guided PSM Universitas Padjadjaran to become the first Indonesian university choir to win the Grand Prix for Choral Singing in Arezzo, Italy, advancing them to the prestigious European Grand Prix for Choral Singing. A recipient of multiple Best Conductor awards — including at the Budapest Choir Competition, International Habanera Choir Contest, Bali International Choir Competition, and the 2025 Rimini International Choir Competition - he remains highly active as an adjudicator and guest clinician, offering valuable artistic direction to ensembles across Indonesia.

Roni Sugarto is one of Indonesia's leading conductors, renowned for his exceptional work with children's and youth choirs. He shaped his musical artistry under the mentorship of Joseph Kristanto and Avip Priatna, complemented by a Goethe-Institut scholarship to study orchestral conducting in Bangkok under Maestro Gudni A. Emilsson, as well as masterclasses with distinguished international musicians. His vast performance credentials include singing with the Indonesia National Youth Choir in 2005 and the World Youth Choir across Milan, South Africa, and Hong Kong.


As Music Director of the Saint Angela Choir (SAC) and ITB Student Choir, he has led ensembles to top international honors, including the Grand Prix at the 5th Tokyo International Choir Competition, the World Choral Championship 2024 in Rimini, and the Grand Prix at the Thailand International Choir Festival 2025. He serves as Artistic Director for the Saint Angela International Choir Festival, Satya Dharma Gita International Choir Festival, and ITB International Choir Festival, while remaining highly active as an international adjudicator, workshop clinician, and mentor for aspiring conductors.

AVIP PRIATNA

Avip Priatna, Mag. Art., is Indonesia's foremost conductor and an alumnus of the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna (MDW). As the Music Director of Batavia Madrigal Singers (BMS) and The Resonanz Children's Choir (TRCC), he led both ensembles to historic victories at the prestigious European Grand Prix (EGP) for Choral Singing in 2018 and 2022, establishing a world-class standard for Indonesian choral music. His artistic leadership also spans founding the Jakarta Concert Orchestra (JCO) and The Resonanz Music Studio (TRMS).


Regularly honored with international Best Conductor and Best Song Interpreter awards, he recently won the Best Conductor title and Grand Prix at the 2026 Debrecen Choral Competition with TRCC. In 2026, he became the first Asian conductor appointed as President of the Jury at the EGP, alongside serving as guest conductor for the JCA Youth Choir in Japan. He acts as Artistic Director for the Penabur International Choir Festival and is a recipient of Austria's Decoration of Honor in Gold as well as the Cultural Award from the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture.

Tristan Caliston Ignacio earned his degree in Tourism from the University of Santo Tomas, where he performed as a member of the renowned UST Singers. He is the founder and conductor of Imusicapella, leading the ensemble to twelve international Grand Prix titles worldwide. He holds the distinction of being the only Filipino conductor to win four Grand Prix titles in European Grand Prix (EGP) qualifying competitions, with victories in Tours, Varna, Debrecen, and Jürmala, along with numerous top prizes across Europe, Asia, and the United States. In addition to Imusicapella, he has conducted several distinguished Philippine ensembles, including the GSIS Chorale, DOE Chorale, CC Chorale, and the Sisters of Mary Boystown Choir.


Recognized for his exceptional musicianship, he has earned Best Conductor honors at major international competitions in Gorizia, Debrecen, Lindenholzhausen, and Marktoberdorf. He is a two-time recipient of the Ani ng Dangal Award from the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) and received the Gawad Heneral Emilio Aguinaldo, the highest cultural honor bestowed by the Province of Cavite. A highly respected international adjudicator, he regularly serves on jury panels for prestigious national and international competitions while continuing to contribute to the global advancement of choral music.

Ragnar Rasmussen is a distinguished Norwegian choral conductor, composer, and university professor based at the NTNU Department of Music in Trondheim, Norway. He currently serves as the artistic director and conductor of the professional ensemble Nidaros Vokal and the international Utopia & Reality Chamber Choir. Over his extensive career, his leadership roles have included conducting the Norwegian National Youth Choir, the World Youth Choir, Vokal Nord, the Stavanger Symphony Orchestra Chamber Choir, and the Kilden Vocal Ensemble, alongside serving as a visiting professor at the University of Ljubljana.


His professional engagements span the globe, guest conducting and collaborating with leading ensembles such as the BBC Singers, State Choir Latvija, Estonian National Male Choir, Turkish State Choir, Slovene Philharmonic Orchestra and Choir, and the Ulster Orchestra. among many others. He is in high demand internationally to give lectures at music academies, lead masterclasses for conductors, and adjudicate major choir and conducting competitions. His recent seasons have taken him to premier concert venues across Norway. Europe, Asia, and South America.
